Stock Availability Calculation Engine
- Introduced a new Stock Availability Calculation Engine that models’ BC stock calculations. This provides operators with accurate checks on available inventory during material issue operations.
- The engine accounts for stock reserved for production orders, improving accuracy in complex inventory scenarios. Further enhancements will extend this capability across additional ShopFloor features.
Item Tracking Tooltips
- Added tooltips that notify users when item tracking requirements are not fulfilled during output or material issue processes.
Job Card Timer Improvements
- Enhanced the job card timer by splitting total time into:
  - Operator time
  - Machine time
- Per-resource sub-timers are available via hover for improved transparency.
Searchable Produced Items
- Users can now search for produced items directly within the job card overview using Item No.
User & Machine Center Management
- Added configuration for ShopFloor Work Center Name and Machine Center Prefix
- Machine center numbers are now used for user tracking instead of usernames
Routing Notes Cleanup
- Removed pause reasons from routing notes to eliminate duplication, as they are already visible in the progress overview.
Production Order Attachments
- Attachments linked to production orders are now displayed as drawings in the operator panel.
Job Instructions Improvements
- Blank lines are now shown as comments in the instructions tab
- Improved UI with clearer structure and source attribution for notes, comments, and attachments
- Support for manual screenshots in instructions
Bug Fixes
- Job Detail Caching
  - Resolved an issue where cached job details could display stale data if loading failed. Cache now clears correctly on error.
- Material Issue Quantity
  - Fixed an issue where quantity handling during material issue did not work correctly in specific scenarios.
- Dropdown Sizing
  - Dropdowns now dynamically adjust width based on content, improving readability when selecting work or machine centers.
- Table State Handling
  - Fixed an issue where table state could become inconsistent when adding new material rows alongside existing entries.
- Reservation Entries Posting
  - Resolved an issue with unbalanced reservation entries that could block journal posting.
- Pause Button Sync
  - Pause button now correctly reflects job status and disables when a job is paused.
- Output Modal Quantity Reset
  - Fixed an issue where quantity fields reset when location/bin values were auto-populated.
- Incorrect Material Selection
  - Resolved an issue where adding materials could occasionally insert unintended items.
- Missing Production Posting Group
  - Handling for missing General Production Posting Group to prevent blocking app usage, including migration or user notification.
- Improved Selection Dialogs
  - Selection dialogs for machine/work center/user will display UserName instead of internal identifiers.

Inventory & Materials
- Improved quantity handling when item tracking is enabled, ensuring quantities can be issued correctly without unnecessary warnings.
- Fixed an issue where selected rows in the materials window could be lost after defining a location. Selections are now preserved as expected.
- Resolved an error that prevented deletion of lines in the Consumption Journal.
- Improved posting robustness by processing Consumption and Output posting in controlled batches.
Production & Planning
- Corrected the display of Planned Output and Actual Output, which were previously shown in the wrong order.
- Fixed time registration on job cards so that pausing during setup is now correctly recorded as setup time rather than run time.
Minor Enhancements
- Clarified frontend so it shows “Pause run time” and “Pause setup time” depending on what the current state is

New logic for look up of bin on location for output finished items.
For output items location and bin can be typed and selected from drop-down menu.
Set if bin list should be filtered by default. Avail. Item is based on if item is mapped on the bin contents settings of the location.
Promote order note to display on job card.
Link to BC production order window added to job card and can be opened within the operator panel.
Job card details are expanded by default, and each job card remembers the expand/collapse state it was left in.
