If you're already working with one of our partners, please contact your partner directly for specific support with your app.

Please note that there will be a charge for the support.

Hourly rate and minimum billing:

  • Customer or Partner agrees to be billed for support based on time spent.

  • The current hourly price as stated in our price list. Minimum billing for each inquiry is half an hour.

  • The customer or business partner will receive a detailed invoice indicating time consumption and costs incurred.
